I actually do.

I’m a musical instruments store owner in Chile. Our business is both brick-n-mortar, and e-commerce. We sell well known brands such as Fender (for many of them we have the exclusivity in the country also). Our website has a constant decent traffic, and both the business and most of the brands are well stablished and promoted.

Because of the same… it is VERY hard for me to evaluate the performance of our ads. We worked with an agency for one year, and they spent a lot of money on ads, and the ROAS was incredible. BUT it was 2021, musical instruments industry boomed all over the world, the government allowed people to withdraw up to 30% of their retirement funds, tax-free, e-commerce grew a lot during COVID in Chile, etc. etc. So it was very difficult to attribute the sales to the ads. Most are returning customers, and they may have purchased anyway. The changes in demand and in the industry were so extreme, that Ads were just a small part of the equation. After Covid, sales dropped, demand dropped, we had stock problems, and so forth. Turned off ads, never knew if there was any difference. Now i want to start with ads again, but i want to have a coherent strategy. But mostly everything has changed now in the platform haha.

Do you think that in the Group we can find people with such situation?. For selling services, or products that otherwise nobody would know, i understand it’s easy to measure a campaigns’ success. For a store that has its own clientele, good web traffic, online and physical presence, and that works with literally thousands of SKU’s, some of them from well-known brands… it’s been a problem i cannot solve yet.
