I have tried running an audience on consecutive days and adding them together and that does not work. If I run it again (using a different name) each day it goes down, despite my engagement going up. I simply can’t come up with a usable audience because it doesn’t update. Is there a way to force update an existing custom audience?

My engagement is up 4000% and I can’t capture it in an audience.

And to speak to a bigger problem, NONE of my audiences update. This is a HUGE flaw. I see MULTIPLE questions about this when I google, yet there is crickets for answers. It’s not like I’m the only one.

We’re also having this issue. We thought it could be pixel related, but FB says that the pixel is correct (green status). Any ideas here? We have 4 audiences created and all of them say “too small” but we know that we’ve had over 400 visitors in the past few days. The audience was created over 48 hours ago. Any ideas other than wait 24 hours? Thank you!!

Yes, you have many different strategies on Facebook Ads. But, in this particular case, if you do not have great commitment on your page, nothing to do.

you can run cold posts just for engagements that might cost you 6 cents per engagement and THEN you can remarket to this custom audience of engagers

my experience: it can take up to 24 hours for an audience to correctly populate
I have also experienced audiences that never correctly populate

With the increasingly limited organic reach, these new segmentation capabilities will be difficult to generate a minimum audience that allows consistent marketing actions. Well, maybe from lookalike audiences. ;)

Oddly I was building an audience based on videos and the videos I wanted to use seemed to have far fewer views than indicated by insights.

You can’t really. It’s all page engagement, or a certain type of page engagement. Save segmented audiences for WCAs and the like.

There’s not necessarily a pattern related to spend.
