Thanks you for highlighting this new great tool. I think the best way is to have all data collected on one analytic tool – because mostly you do multi channel advertising and communication – GDN, Google search, email marketing and social. You want to have overview from all actions you take and invest so simply watching Facebook analytics it’s not enough. It is focusing on measuring just one user source, so we’ll stay on GA for now.

How do you guys feel these analytics compare to Google Analytics? I’ve been fighting to try and get a good view of what sort of revenue FB is actually generating, but Ads Manager and Google Analytics always differ wildly even with Campaign tracking.

Well written Andrew. If Facebook came out with this a decade ago they would have way more data as more companies would have been able to see the value of implementing it on their websites.
