Again thank you Cristian. 24 hours after I wrote I shut down the Mac and on restarting, Pixel Helper showed the pixel to be present. So I suggest that one should test a site such as mine, http://www.colinpearce.com after logging out of the WordPress dashboard. I am going on to set up an event for a CTA page so I’ll see how that goes.

Miha, i think you are wrong and you can ask Jon Loomer about that.

1-Business Manager is a tool that you can manage fan pages (yours or others) , Ads accounts (if you are an agency managing other people ads).

People can add an admin (advertiser, editor…) to run their campaigns and run their fan pages (posting images and contents) but regarding FB pixel, you still have only 1 pixel associated with your own account.

2-Multiple sites and FB Pixel:
I have 3 websites and i still can manage them with only 1 Pixel.

You have to put the full path of the domain when you are creating custom audiences not only : People who visited this site.

Simo, you have 1 unique pixel per advertising acccount – and you can have more than one (Business manager tool). Pixel is a advertising account entity, not FB account.

Second, you wouldn’t want to install the same pixel on different websites – you get in a position, where its really hard to measure your goals correctly and to be precise in determining your audiences – since the same pixel is firing on two or more websites, setting WCA (web custom audiences) is almost impossible to do. Example ; WCA for website visits in the last 180 days in your case means audiences from all 3 websites, since they are measured from the same pixel. If you don’t have exactly the same visitors on all 3 websites, results in campaigns will not be accurate.

So if you provide quality content with a lot of value, they will listen to you and see you as a market authority. And when people do that, they will buy from your products/services.

i have a website, it is contain 5 pages only.. every single page is a promotional page (sales letter) for 1 product.. so, i want to set up “product_id” for every single page, so i can make unique custome audience for each product (page), can u tell me how to make product id in wordpres?
